Meet the team
Dr Kazemi and Dr Dhillon lead a skilled, helpful and service oriented team. Alex is our qualified orthodontic therapist. Having undergone on the job training, as well as passing academic exams, she is vital in supporting our orthodontists throughout the course of your treatment.
In addition to therapy work, Alex is involved with managing the day to day activities of the practice. Our orthodontic nurses, provide quality clinical support for our orthodontists and a friendly, energetic, stress free service to each patient. Anna is our star Reception Manager. Her invaluable experience and knowledge keep the wheels at New Smile Orthodontics turning smoothly!
All of our team members have years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of professional care.
Our practice is designed to be warm and welcoming. We are not a large, impersonal mega clinic where you may feel like you are treated as
a number, nor a corporate medical facility managed by people from a non-medical background. We strive to provide exceptional, personalised
orthodontic care. We have recently renovated our premises and taken over adjoining office space, with the aim of making the practice an
even more comfortable environment for our patients.
Why choose us?
We believe it is important to be treated by an experienced,
specialist orthodontist. Both Dr Kazemi and Dr Dhillon have
undertaken years of additional study at university, treating
highly complex cases under experienced supervision, before
their expertise was recognised by their peers, examiners
and regulatory bodies as at specialist level. Your dentist may
carry out treatments for teeth straightening which they are
capable of, but creating the perfect new smile for you is a
job for a specialist.
We will offer you a choice of treatments
and help you best understand these options. That way you
can make an informed choice leading to the best possible
outcomes. Our orthodontists are experienced with a variety
of systems to straighten your teeth – it’s your choice.
See our treatments page to learn more.
Value for Money
We will only propose treatments that we are confident have worthwhile and long standing benefit. We offer flexible payment options. See our Fees page for further details.
For All Ages
Many people hold the misconception that orthodontic
care is only available or appropriate for children and
teens. We encounter this while talking to parents of
our younger patients all the time. It is true that more
young people wear visible braces, but what you may
not realise is that you likely have friends, acquaintances
and people you work with who are straightening their
teeth: but invisibly! Advances in orthodontic technology
have introduced the use of clear aligners, such as
Invisalign®treatment, offering an altogether more
discrete treatment option for adult patients.
Teeth are not the only things we believe should be
straight. We try our best to make our communication
easy to understand for patients. We provide up front
information about your proposed treatment and the
anticipated costs. We are honest about any proposed
treatment where there are uncertainties. Any
questions you may have about your treatment, we
encourage you to ask. We encourage parents to
accompany their children into the treatment room
to keep up to date on progress.
We are members of and fully regulated by the following industry associations. We treat patients under contract with the National Health Service.
